ARE THESE FOR PHOTOSHOOTS ONLY?

Yes! With the exception of San Francisco City Hall Civil Ceremonies & weddings - all dresses are available for photoshoots, including editorials, pre-weddings, engagements, post weddings, workshops, retreats, fashion/creative shoots etc. We are not accepting dress rental request for any other events. Thank you for your understanding!

EXCEPTIONS:
All dresses are for photoshoots only (no events) with the exception for SF City Hall civil ceremonies & weddings. No other exceptions - thank you!


HOW DOES THE DRESS RENTALS WORK?

3) FILL IN THE FORM AND LIST THE DRESSES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN

4) WE WILL RESPOND WITH A QUOTE, CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY, LOCAL PICK UP & DROP OFF DATE, & PAYMENT INFO

4.1) OR SELECT SHIPPING AND ADD YOUR ADDRESS. WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

4.2) OR REQUEST TO TRAVEL WITH DRESS FOR EXTENDED TRAVEL - GIVE US THE TRAVEL DATES FOR A QUOTE

5) ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THE NON-REFUNDABLE RENTAL FEE & REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT, WE CONFIRM, YOU PICK UP OR IT GETS SHIPPED, YOU SHOOT & DROP OFF OR SEND BACK

6) NO DAMAGE NO PROBLEM. DEPOSIT IS RETURNED. YOUR EXPERIENCE IS COMPLETE.

7) DIRTY? DAMAGE? MISSING SOMETHING? WE EITHER USE YOUR DEPOSIT OR IF IT’S BEYOND REASON THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE DRESS. DRESSES SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US IN THE STATE YOU TOOK THEM. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE FORM BEFORE YOU AGREE.

HOW DOES PRE-WEDDING PACKAGES WORK?

1) CHECK OUT PREWEDDING GALLERY WITH STUDIO OPIA PHOTOGRAPHY FOR REFERENCE TO OUR WORK

2) LIKE WHAT YOU SEE? FILL OUT A PRE-WEDDING INQUIRY FORM

3) WE WILL SEND YOU THE FULL PRICING FOR OUR PACKAGES. EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES PHOTOGRAPHY, MAKEUP & HAIR, FLOWER BOUQUET, AND DRESSES + ACCESSORIES.

4) ONCE YOU ARE READY TO BOOK THE PHOTOGRAPHY WILL SEND YOU A CONTRACT FOR YOUR CHOSEN PACKAGE AND DATE. AND THEN WE SCHEDULE YOU FOR YOUR 1-HOUR DRESS SELECTION SESSION!


LOCATION: DRESS SELECTION / TRY-ON SESSIONS ARE HELD IN CASTRO VALLEY, CA. THE PHOTOGRAPHERS PHOTO STUDIO FOR SHOOTS IS IN EMERYVILLE, CA.


RENTAL LENGTH: All local rentals are 3 days unless otherwise noted. One to pick up, two to shoot, and three to drop off. 
For extended rentals for travel please contact us for a custom rate.


SHIPPING & TRAVEL: US Shipping Only. No Weddings. Client pays shipping both ways. Overnight only if there is a queue for the dress. You are welcome to come pick up, travel with the dress and bring it back. On each dress listing, at the bottom, we mark which dress are available for shipping.


TRY-ON SESSIONS: AS OF 1/29/24 WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING TRY-ON SESSIONS FOR OUR BOOKED PREWEDDING PACKAGE BRIDES DUE TO HIGH DEMAND. FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM @CLAIRDELUNE.SF FOR UPDATES/CHANGES.

PRICING: You will get a quote for all dresses you request when you fill out the reservation form. Due to the large range of styles we have our price range is between $200 - $1,000.

SIZING:
Most of the collection waist ranges best fit for 26”-28” waist size roughly size 2,4, 6 & some can stretch 29”-30” US 8 & 10.
NEW Curvy Bride Collection waist ranges best fit for 31” - 38” waist size roughly US size 12, 14, 16 & some can stretch US 18 & 20
We also have some smaller sizing and some vintage that fits 25” US 0. We also carry flexible Maternity Collection, can also double as regular dresses with open waist design for the growing belly.

Why this size range? We started our collections with the main focus for curation for wedding industry size models for editorials and photoshoots, as in for brands and creative projects. But we have opened up the curated collection for prewedding brides due to high interest. Thank you for understanding!
